Coach Nikki Keathley serves as our Program Director & CEO as well as the head coach for our 2030 Black & 2034 teams. She is currently the head high school varsity coach at the Harpeth Hall School in Nashville, TN, where she is also an assistant athletic director. Nikki was a four-year basketball player at Division I Belmont University in Nashville, TN. She was a part of four conference championship-winning teams and played in four NCAA tournament games with two wins! Nikki is from Wheaton, IL where she attended Wheaton North High School and played club basketball for Illinois Lady Lightning for 9 years.

Coach Anderson Keathley serves as our General Manager & COO as well as the head coach of our 2030 Red & 2032 Red teams. He is currently the associate head high school varsity coach at the Harpeth Hall School in Nashville, TN. Anderson was a student manager and practice player for the women’s basketball team at Division I Belmont University in Nashville, TN. Anderson was a part of five conference championships and went to three NCAA tournaments while on staff with the program. Anderson is from Nashville, TN where he attended Hillsboro High School and starred as a swimmer and runner.

Coach Paige Pipkin serves as our Director of Player Development & CFO as well as the head coach of our 2030 Blue & 2031 Red teams. She is currently the head middle school coach at the Harpeth Hall School in Nashville, TN. Paige was a standout basketball player at Division I UT Martin where she made an impressive 71 starts and averaged 10 PPG over four seasons. Paige is from Henderson, TN and attended Chester County HS and played club basketball for Tennessee Flight & Tennessee Pride.

Coach Dana Channel serves as the head coach of our 2033 Red & 2033 Black teams as well as one of our skills trainers. She is currently a PE teacher and an assistant basketball coach at Harding Academy in Nashville, TN. Dana was a key contributor in the front court as a five-year basketball player at Division II Washburn University where she was a part of over 90 wins. Dana is from Rossville, KS and attended Rossville High School and earned Mid-East League MVP in three consecutive seasons.

Coach Kendall Holmes serves as an assistant coach as well as one of our skills trainers. She recently graduated with a Masters Degree from Belmont University. She was a Division I basketball player at DePaul University, University of South Dakota, & Belmont University where she was a 3-pt specialist and efficient scorer. Kendall is from Plainfield, IL where she had an impressive high school career at Benet Academy and played club basketball for Illinois Lady Lightning.

Coach Rafa Vidaurreta serves as an assistant coach as well as one of our skills trainers specializing in post players and forwards. He is currently an assistant high school varsity coach at the Harpeth Hall School in Nashville, TN. Rafa was a Division I basketball player at Wake Forest. After an impressive college career, he went to Spain and played professionally for a decade. Rafa is from Spain where his playing career began.

Coach Nya Shellow serves as an assistant coach as well as one of our skills trainers. She is currently an EEG Tech at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Nya attended Independence High School in Columbus, OH where she was a 1st Team All-City selection and multiple time award winner. After her playing career she started coaching High School and AAU basketball in Ohio and had been coaching for 3 years before moving to Tennessee.

Coach Kate Fielding serves as a summer youth coach as well as one of our skills trainers. She is currently playing college basketball for Division III Centre College in Danville, KY. Kate was a standout girls’s basketball player at Father Ryan High School in Nashville, TN. As the starting point guard, she helped lead the Irish to the Elite Eight of the TSSAA Division II AA State Basketball Tournament her senior season.
