Coach Nikki Keathley serves as our program director, CEO and head coach of our 2030 Black and 2033 teams. She is currently the head high school varsity coach at the Harpeth Hall School in Nashville, TN, where she is also an assistant athletic director. Nikki was a four-year women's basketball player at Division I Belmont University in Nashville, TN. She was a part of four conference championship-winning teams and played in four NCAA tournament games with two wins! Nikki is from Wheaton, IL where she attended Wheaton North High School and played club basketball for Illinois Lady Lightning for 9 years.

Coach Anderson Keathley serves as our director of player development, is our resident x’s and o’s guru and is the head coach of our 2030 Red and 2031 Red teams. He is currently an assistant high school varsity coach at the Harpeth Hall School in Nashville, TN. Anderson was a student manager and practice player for the women’s basketball team at Division I Belmont University in Nashville, TN. As an integral part of the team, Anderson won a conference championship in each of his five seasons and went to three NCAA tournaments while on staff with the program. Anderson is from Nashville, TN where he attended Hillsboro High School and starred as a swimmer and runner.

Coach Paige Pipkin serves as one of our skills trainers for all age groups, and is the head coach of our 2030 Blue team. She is currently the head middle school coach at the Harpeth Hall School in Nashville, TN. Paige was a standout women’s basketball player at Division I UT Martin where she made an impressive 71 starts and averaged 10 PPG over four seasons. Paige is from Henderson, TN and attended Chester County HS and played club basketball for Tennessee Flight & Tennessee Pride.

Coach Brandon Wade serves as one of our skills trainers for all age groups, and is the head coach of our 2032 team. He is currently the assistant middle school coach at the Harpeth Hall School in Nashville, TN. Brandon was a valuable member of the men’s basketball team at Division I Duquesne and ended his playing career at University of Michigan. Brandon is from Ann Arbor, MI and attended Ann Arbor Skyline. He was also a Graduate Assistant at Concordia University Ann Arbor for one season before joining the Harpeth Hall staff.

Coach Rafa Vidaurreta serves as one of our skills trainers specializing in post players and forwards, and an assistant coach. He is currently an assistant high school varsity coach at the Harpeth Hall School in Nashville, TN. Rafa was a Division I men’s basketball player at Wake Forest. After an impressive college career, he went to Spain and played professionally for a decade. Rafa is from Spain where his playing career began.

Coach Liz Suder serves as one of our skills trainers for all age groups, and an assistant coach. She is currently attending graduate school at Belmont University in Nashville, TN. Liz played Division I women’s basketball at Belmont University for two seasons. Prior to Nashville, Liz is from Leesburg, VA where she played basketball and lacrosse while attending Riverside HS and played club basketball for Loudon Flight.
